What Gets Checked On The Bench
Before any batch of bands, mats or straps reaches a customer, someone on our team opens a sample from each run and checks it against the spec it was ordered to.
The Checks We Actually Run
We pull-test a sample of bands by hand, check webbing for even stitching along the full seam, and look for any inconsistency in foam density across a batch of mats.
- Quality check: pull strength, stitch count and surface finish are checked before anything is packed.
- Traceability: each batch is logged so we can trace a material issue back to its source run.
Why This Matters for Daily Use
A band that passes a hand check before it leaves our workshop is far less likely to let you down mid-session. It's a small extra step, but it's the difference between gear that holds up and gear that doesn't.
