Standards we don't skip
Solid Natural Rubber Core
Our resistance bands and grips use a solid rubber core that keeps its stretch through months of daily sets, not the thin synthetic blends that crack within weeks.
Reinforced Stitching, No Shortcuts
Straps, handles and bag seams are double-stitched with cotton-poly webbing, so they hold under load instead of fraying at the edge after a few gym sessions.
Checked Before It Leaves Us
A member of our small Leeds team opens and checks every order against the packing list before it's sealed, so what you ordered is what arrives.
Dispatched Straight From Leeds
Orders go out directly from our Kirkstall Road base in padded packaging, with tracking sent to your email so you always know where your gear is.
Common questions
Which resistance band should I start with if I'm new to banded training?
If you haven't used bands before, start with a lighter band and add a heavier one as you get used to the movement. Our product pages list the pull-test range for each band so you can match it to the exercises you're planning rather than guessing.
When will my order be dispatched and how do I track it?
Orders placed before 11:30 on a business day are checked and packed the same day; anything after that goes out the next business day. Once it's on its way you'll get a tracking link by email so you can see exactly when it's due.
What's your return policy if I order the wrong resistance or size?
You can send unused items back in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Get in touch first so we can confirm the details, then post it back and we'll take it from there.
