The goods

Fitbrisk Fitness Ltd. sells fitness equipment, resistance training gear, exercise apparel, training accessories, and general wellness accessories including hydration bottles, nutrition containers, and personal care items intended for use in connection with physical exercise and daily routine self-care. No item sold by Fitbrisk is marketed, labelled, or intended as a medicine, therapy, or treatment for any medical condition. Product pages list what's included, the quantity and the form. Photos are for reference; actual packaging may vary slightly.

Ordering and contract

An order is placed once checkout is complete. We confirm by email; the contract takes effect when we dispatch the goods. We can refuse an order if stock runs out or details can't be verified, and we'll refund any payment made.

Prices and payment

Prices show in GBP and include VAT where it applies. Delivery costs appear at checkout before payment. Accepted methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If we spot an obvious pricing error, we'll fix it before dispatch and let you confirm or cancel.

Product images and colours

Product photos show the actual goods we ship. Screen colour depends on calibration, browser and room lighting; small shade differences aren't defects and don't qualify for a free return or compensation. Dimensions, materials and contents appear on each product page.

Transfer of risk

We're responsible for the goods until the courier hands them to you or whoever you named at the delivery address. From that point, risk of loss or damage shifts to you. Note any visible transport damage with the courier and tell us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Return goods within 30 days of delivery, following the process on the Returns page. All goods sold by Fitbrisk are covered by the statutory warranty rights granted under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, meaning items must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described at the point of sale. Fitness equipment with electronic components carries a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for the period stated on the product page, excluding normal wear and tear on consumable parts such as grips, straps, and resistance bands.

• Customized or personalized items such as engraved weights, monogrammed apparel, or made-to-order training gear
• Perishable items or products with short shelf-life, including opened nutrition accessories and consumable training supplies
• Unsealed hygiene-sensitive items such as mouthguards, resistance bands, water bottles, or personal care products once the tamper-evident seal has been broken
• Goods that have been inseparably mixed with other items after delivery, such as blended nutrition containers or assembled multi-part equipment
• Digital content or training programme access codes that have been unsealed, downloaded, or activated by the consumer

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitbrisk Fitness Ltd.'s total liability arising from any order is limited to the total value of that order as paid by the customer, except where such limitation is prohibited by UK consumer protection law, including liability for death, personal injury, or fraud which cannot be excluded. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

You must be at least 18 to order. Use products as directed on the label; they don't replace medical advice.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from or related to an order shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights available to the customer under United Kingdom consumer protection law. Any dispute we can't resolve directly goes before the competent court at the seller's registered address, without affecting consumer rights you hold in your country of residence.
