Conditions

Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unused, in their original condition, with all tags, protective packaging, and tamper-evident seals intact. Fitness equipment must show no signs of assembly, scuffing, or wear, and apparel must be unworn and unwashed; hygiene-sensitive accessories such as mouthguards, water bottles, or resistance bands with a broken seal cannot be accepted back once opened.

For biosecurity and hygiene reasons, Fitbrisk cannot accept returns on items where the protective seal has been broken, including opened nutrition accessories, used mouthguards, pierced hydration bottles, or personal care products that have been removed from their sealed packaging. These exclusions exist to protect the health and safety of all customers and are applied in accordance with UK consumer protection regulations.

Returning an item, step by step

Submit a return request to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
Receive an RMA return authorization number and the designated return address from Fitbrisk customer support
Pack the item securely in its original protective packaging with all seals and tags intact, including the RMA number on the parcel
Receive your refund within 3-10 business days after the returned item passes inspection at our warehouse

Who pays return shipping

Faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered: we cover the cost, either a prepaid label or a courier pickup. Changed your mind: you pay for return shipping, nothing else gets deducted.

Refund timing and method

Refunds go out within 3 business days of the item passing inspection. If you paid cash on delivery, we transfer the refund to the bank account you give us; bank-transfer orders go back to the original account. Banks typically process this in 1-5 business days.

Exchanges

Want a different size, variant or product instead? Follow the return steps and place a fresh order. We'll refund the returned item once it arrives. If the swap is needed because of an error on our end, the replacement order ships free.
