About this jump rope
A good jump rope should disappear in your hand so you can focus on rhythm and footwork, not on adjusting your grip every few minutes. We shaped the handles from closed-cell EVA foam so they stay comfortable even during longer interval sessions, and paired them with a thin steel cable that rotates fast without catching. The cable length can be trimmed to match your height, so the rope works whether you are doing double-unders or steady-paced cardio rounds. A small cotton-poly webbing loop is included for hanging the rope on a hook or bag strap between sessions.
- ✓ Adjustable steel cable
- ✓ Closed-cell EVA foam grips
- ✓ Cotton-poly webbing storage loop
How the rope is engineered
Cable fitted
Steel cable is threaded through each foam handle
Length trimmed
Cable is cut to the length you need for your height
Handles sealed
End caps lock the cable securely inside the foam grip
Coiled for storage
The rope coils down small using the webbing loop
How it arrives
The rope ships coiled and secured with its own webbing loop inside a flat mailer box. A Fitbrisk hang tag includes basic length-adjustment instructions.

Every rope is tested for smooth spin
Laura Mitchell
A rope that spins consistently makes it much easier to build a steady rhythm. That consistency is what keeps people coming back to jump rope work in their training.
Setting the right length and pace
Warm up ankles and wrists with light rotations before jumping
Work through timed rounds, resting briefly between sets
Jump on a flat, even surface to keep the cable spinning cleanly
